Back & Neck Pain Center is located in Independence north of I-70 at the Noland Road exit. We are just past the light on 39th Street. You can also find us across the road from the Community America Credit Union and next to El Maguey restaurant. Plenty of parking is available on-site. If you choose to travel via local transportation, please note that there is a bus stop conveniently located in front of our building.
